BeatBattle 2
After the success of the first chapter, BeatBattle is back for another edition!
Mission
- Download the sample pack [595 kb]
- You have 14 days to produce the best track you can using ONLY samples from the sample pack we provide
- Once your entry is ready, email it to celsius@renoise.com
- All the entries will be put online anonymously
- You will then receive a vote sheet where you will have to rate each song
- Return the votesheet to celsius@renoise.com

Prize
Yes, this time there is a prize to be won. The winner will get a Renoise license!
Rules
- The song must be composed with the latest version of Renoise (available at www.renoise.com)
- You may use samples from the samplepack only
- You can edit the samples using Renoise internal editors (cut, backward, loop, younameit... )
- Filesize of final song shouldn't exceed 2 megabytes
- No external VST effects, Renoise comes packed with all the DSP effects you need to make it great.
- Don't send an mp3... it's your RNS that we want!
- When voting, you can NOT vote for your song...
Theme
This time we are not going to inpose a musical style, but a theme.
The theme is:
"Soundtrack for the first flight of a starship with magical engines"now get creative :)
Submission
When you have finished your track. ZIP or RAR it and mail it to celsius@renoise.com
