Mission

A Renoise beat contest. The idea : you have two weeks to produce the PHATTEST beat you can using the sample pack we provide. Who will have the best technique? By "beat" we don't mean just a beat loop, but a hiphop instrumental. It dosnt have to have a song like structure but more than one pattern please ;)

Rules

  1. You may use ONLY sample from the sample pack [7 mb]. You are allowed to add your own scratches and vocals provided the RNS file does not exceed 7MB.
  2. You may only use Renoise (the latest version available from renoise.com to produce the track. This includes sample editing (so no cool edit or wavelab etc..)
  3. No external VST's or VSTi's are allowed but you can use all Renoise's internal DSP effects.
  4. As this is an open source battle, no mp3 submissions are allowed. Only RNS files will be accepted
