There are offline videos on the Renoise Tutorials subsite. It is also possible to download the streaming movies hosted on Youtube as FLV files with eg. a browser plugin. You can play FLVs in a media player such as WinAmp or VLC.

I like the Reaper setup, that will work well for my music

Does it also synchronise position for recording long audio takes into Reaper?
