Renoise In:Depth has many RSS feeds. A feed contains both a full and summarized version of the original content.
You can load feeds into a feedreader, which will notify you when the feed has been changed. That way you can stay up-to-date without having to check back on the original site.
Many browsers have built-in support for feeds. If Firefox, Opera or Internet Explorer 7 detect one or more feeds in a page, the orange RSS icon in the address bar or toolbar lights up. The feed can be read in the browser’s built-in feedreader.

If your browser does not support feeds by itself, you will need to download a separate feedreader. Or use a good browser, especially if you are still reading this page with Internet Explorer 6. You know your browser has no built-in feedreader when you see the raw xml markup instead of plain text and images, that is, stuff like this:

Apart from reading feeds, it is also possible to include them into another site. That topic is outside the scope of this article. If you want to learn more about it, I recommend the search terms “cross-domain parsing rss” in everyone’s favorite search engine.
Renoise In:Depth has one main feed containing all the articles. Then there are separate feed for every category. And if you want to track the comments for an article, that’s possible too. At the bottom of each article you will find a link to its comments feed.
